OT...Enoch Light and the 35mm recording process
Listening to one of his stereo LPs from 1961....Stereo 35mm vol2.
It's a very clean spatial sounding record...excellent!
Now I have to wonder why a technique that would remove wow and flutter from the recording process never caught on. Expense? Other difficulties?
I grew up in the city Theodore Case lived...the pioneer of getting sound on film...although this tidbit has nothing to do with this I just threw it in anyway...
